Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup water (or as needed)

½ cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed cheese)
1 green chili (finely chopped)
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt.
- Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Apply a little oil, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Stuffing
- In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, grated cheese, green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves.
- Mix well to form a uniform stuffing.
Step 3: Roll & Stuff the Paratha
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small disc.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the paneer-cheese stuffing in the center.
- Seal the edges carefully and flatten the stuffed dough.
- Gently roll it out into a paratha (not too thin).
Step 4: Cook the Paratha
- Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat.
- Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook for 30-40 seconds.
- Flip, apply ghee/butter, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
